4. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

4.2 Payments

Payment are required after the session or otherwise stated. All prices are listed in Euros and may change at any time.

4.3 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a refund.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

  • Certain digital products or services may be non-refundable; this will be stated at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion.
